strange

I'm not sure where to actually post for help on this.
Yesterday I started getting a strange picture superimposed on my window. Thats the best way to describe it, I guess. It's a picture of the lich king, I have no idea where its pulling from but it's about twice the size of my characters in the window but it is just in front of everything. The window acts like it isn't there and behaves normal, clicks work, moving works, attacking works. I did update my InnerSpace yesterday (after years of ignoring it and I have no idea what version I was using). It only happens on 2 of the clients and even does it when I log in normal without InnerSpace. I am playing on a private server (Warmane) but have been using IsBoxer for at least the past 5 years with no issues that wasn't something I could figure out.

The second problem is my cursor only reacts to buttons about 1/4 inch higher than the actual buttons. This only happens when logged in with InnerSpace and happens across all clients.

I did recreate my character set using the new updates to see if it was just a conflict with an older version but it didnt help.
I can get the cursor to behave normal if I uncheck windowed mode refresh and check it back but then the cursor is locked to the main window where as before I could use the cursor to change from character to character.
I tried completely uninstalling both InnerSpace and ISboxer tool kit and reinstalling them but it didn't seem to have any affect.

I would upload a screenshot to show it (it actually kind of cool with the Lich King just hanging out in the middle of the screen) but I have no idea how to attach a screenshot to a post (forgive me I'm a registered old fart)

Ideas?

well fixed part of it for now. I disabled all the addons and added them back in batches. I ended up adding them all back but the king has now left the building. Apparently there was something hanging up somewhere but it resolved for now.

I did check the ones that were not working against the list for the ones that were working and they were the same before I disabled them all so who knows what the real problem was.

I still have the issue of the cursor being 1/4 above the buttons to activated them but at least I can see the whole screen on all clients now.

Cursor positioning is usually resolved by changing the games Window Mode (in the in game Options). Switching between Windowed and Fullscreen and back again (to whatever you originally start with) should resolve it.

For future reference, the Patcher has a History tab, so if you experience an issue, you can use the history tab to roll back to a previously installed release of Inner Space. Unless you uninstall it, and then the history goes too. However, if necessary you can install a prior version with the appropriate command.

Should you find you continue to have odd issues the version we would recommend is 7111, which you can use the following command from a Command Prompt, or the WIN+R run box.
