Mouse repeater not working

Tried changing monitors resolution.
Tried changing monitors refresh rate.
Tried full screen mode in game. Maybe unrelated, but this crashes ISBoxer's instance of the game. EQ2 must run in windowed mode for boxer to work.
Tried Windowed mode in game.
Tried minimizing and maximizing in game graphics settings.

I'm at a loss. I'm convinced its a bug because this problem doesn't happen on old versions InnerSpace.

UPDATE: Issue was a bug with current build. Update to Dev build 7264 and the mouse repeater works perfectly. Thank you to altbob!
