ISBoxer EVE Launcher - Errors

Sorry to bother you good folks, was experiencing the following error (see attachment) while I first attempted to add an account for the ISBoxer EVE Launcher. Haven't used ISBoxer or played EVE in a few years, used to run both with no problems. Thank you in advance for any assistance you could provide.

That looks like a very old version of ISBEL. You should be using the community .39 release.

dit you fixed it? got the same problem and Windows don't let me open that v1.0.0.39 release (for security reasons)

Windows is flagging it because that community version it is not signed with a code signing certificate, which is a $400 outlay.
You can override it by clicking on the button which allows it. You can also grab the source code and compile it if you are that way inclined. When compiled locally Window has implied trust.
