Framrate drop when movine camera with mouse after 3/10/20

Since the small wow classi cpatch on 3/10/20 my framrate drops to 15-25 when I move the camera with the mouse. If I just turn the character with the arrow keys, then there are no issues. I do not have this issue if I run wow classic from the executable. I have tried reinstalling isboxer, running the dev version, running just 1 client through isboxer, and disabling all addons; still the same problem.
