Healing question

So this isnt technical but i didnt know where else to find advice.

I am leveling a team of 5 paladins. One prot, 4 ret, right now. Its been going well for the most part but is kind of clunky.
I'm lvl 55.

What im wondering if it is possible to setup clique or something that will allow me to make all my slaves flash of light a single target. And also, a button to make all slaves heal themselves?
