Mining and Herbing

In the new expansion Legion, the nodes for herbs and mining will let multiple people use them. Is there away to say multibox 2 toons to herb or mine at the same time without them getting out of sync.

Can you elaborate on "getting out of sync" ?

I mean... There should be no difference in Legion compared to how people would do it today, in WoD, if it were possible. You would have your other characters on follow, you would access the node on one character, flip over to another character, access the node with them, and continue moving. Alternatively, you could try to sync up your characters' cameras (since the game comes with built-in presets to do that), turn on Repeater, and try to access the node at the same time as you would with a quest node like a "Wanted" poster.

The node will stay spawned for several seconds after being accessed, so you have plenty of time interact with it on multiple characters.

I basically wanna know it it is possible to have character on follow be able to click the node and both toons mine the node. Whats the point of having isboxer if im just gonna have toons follow and go to each toon and click the node separate?>

To do more than just mining?

Idk much about WoW, but in Lotro, I would select the node on the main, hit Assist, then broadcast the Use key. This pretty much describes what the Interact With Target process in ISBoxer does.

I suspect that you may need to either try it out yourself, and determine what is possible, or wait for a report back from someone else who has had Beta access, and tried it out.

Yes, just like interacting with a quest node which cannot be targeted.

As mentioned before, ISBoxer can be used for numerous of activities.

Mining and herbing is one of my favorites. I currently multibox mining on 5 characters in preparation for Legion.
What you can do is simply mount up together, let your alt follow and approach the mine sideways.
Sideways approaching will have the mine to your left or to your right. Your alt will have the node around the same spot.
No need for fixed camera settings, just make sure they both have approx the same camera distance.

Activate Mouse Repeat, click them both and voilá! You just got yourself multiple mats for 1 click.
To be complete, auto-loot is particuliar handy ofcourse.
