Everquest Memory Mode option

EQ has a setting for Memory Mode in the Options>Display>Advanced window. This setting keeps getting set to "Least memory usage" when I log in. I wanted to check here and see if ISBoxer could affect that setting, or if this is something entirely caused by EQ?
