Combat Assist not turning to NPC

Basicaly whats happening is is initial Attack works because me and my minion attack the first mob, But when i switch targets it does not turn and move to that target like it used to in the past, unless im doing something wrong here? i have to keep making it follow me in order for it to attack the next creature.

I can't see anything specifically in your profile that would prevent it from working. You press SHIFT+A and Assist should work. To move though you would need to be using Interact With Target, on SHIFT+G, and again, there is no reason why that would not work, unless the toon is "in range", so there is no need for it to move (which will usually mean it wont Face either).
