Standard Menu issues

Hello
New to ISBoxer here. I have standard menu up, but every time I type numbers in chat box, it activates what ever hotbutton or macros under the standard menu, so all the toons start attacking something. Is there any way of inactivating the menu function or the keys when I am typing in chart box?

Normally, you should be disabling Key Maps (Shift Alt M) when you want to type using the keyboard.

It's working great.. I can mezz, complete heal, evac, dot, nuke, etc from the main tankers screen!!. But the menu bars have key stroke labels on it, such as shift 1, ctrl 1, etc... How do I disable it or remove them from the screen?
