Interface problems since the patch - #0 account folders

I multibox using several WoW licenses on 1 battle.net account, in my WTF folder they are classified for example as

123456#1
123456#2
123456#3
123456#4

For some reason, since the patch it now creates a new folder 123456#0 and it stores ALL characters that log in from any of the 4 licenses listed above into this one folder. Also in this 123456#0 folder, any modifications I make to my interface are not saved and I have to redo them every time I log in.

This has only happened since the most recent wow patch, I've tried contacting blizzard and was given the usual nonsense about clearing interface/WTF folders which I had already tried. Wondering if anybody here has ran into the same issue and has found a fix.

I can't say that anyone else is reporting this at the moment, and I'm certainly not seeing it either.

The only thing that comes to mind, at the moment, is that you might be trying to virtualize some file or folder which is causing this behavior. So, are you trying to virtualize files or folders other than what the Quick Setup Wizard creates by default?

Re: Interface problems since the patch - #0 account folders

My setup is just the default that the quick setup wizard gives yea, and I used this setup for many months now and the only thing that changed has been the wow patch

The bizarre thing is, when I load the game straight from the launcher (not using isboxer), it uses the correct interface folders. But when I made a setup where the character set launches from the battle.net client - it still uses the #0 incorrect folders. I can't think of how to narrow down what could be causing the problem :/

EDIT: It seems I've found the reason, whenever I load the 64bit version of wow it uses the correct folders, but the 32bit version creates this new incorrect folder. I don't have the ram to multibox the 64bit client unfortunately :/
