It used to work, that was many moon ago.... ok around Christmas....

Interact with Target generally comes down to three things:

1) Is there a unique Hotkey assigned to one of the two Wizard-generated IWT Mapped Keys?
2) Is the key binding assigned in game?
3) Is the Variable Keystroke, in ISBoxer, for Interact with Target set to the same key as is being used in game?

From looking at your profile, you're missing number 3.
