noob lost his click bar

Hey all... I'm a 2 day old noob. In preparation for a macro keyboard that's in the mail, I installed bartender4 ... when I did that... I lost my click bar (the little green action overlay that overlays the action bar) ... please help! LOL

I see from IRC that you solved this already in a different way.

Just like to say that the two should have nothing to do with each other.
The green action bar overlay is a Menu in ISboxer, called the Standard menu, and it sounds like you removed the assignment to your character set.
