do keys sent by mapped keys get re-evaluated?

This is probably a silly question, but I managed to confuse myself.

Say I re-map a key to send a different key to window current.

eg: I have a mapped key that says when I press "1" I want it to send "Alt+F7" to window current.

Now suppose there is another mapped key that remaps Alt+F7.

I expect that when I press "1" the game will see an "Alt+F7", which will not be intercepted by the other mapped key and possibly changed to something else.

Is this assumption correct?

Correct.

The ALT+F7 is sent to the Target, being a window controlled by InnerSpace. You cannot select ISBoxer as a target.

Yes.

Sending a keystroke to the game from one mapped key can NOT trigger another mapped key.

If you want to do that explicitly, you would use a http://isboxer.com/wiki/Do_Mapped_Key_Action
