Timeout Starting ISBoxer

HI All,

at first sorry for my english ist is not very good. I have installed and configure isk boxer an innerspace all was fine. Yesterday i want to change the config and have a error message (Attached)
Can any one help? Ido not have any idea what the problem is.

This thread is about the same thing, and as per that thread and Lax's google-fu, it appears to be an Antivirus related issue, where the Antivirus is causing the process to timeout. Disabling your Antivirus, or finding a better one, may help.
