Help me out here fellas, again

Before when i multiboxed , i have no idea what i did but my ''people'' automatically always together assisted and targeted the same enemy.

Now in order to do that I had to make a separate macro/use whatever one it comeswith( the assist one). The question is how do I make my guys automatically always assist me in targeting the same target, here is what I mean.

only my leader selects the target

my ''slaves'' sit there motionlessly

I apologize if I posted in the wrong section, I did watch the video and it may be very simple but im just not grasping it . Now in order to target the same target I always have to use the macro before targeting each mob and its very annoying

Re: Help me out here fellas, again

Without seeing your profile I would be guessing that your mapped keys are not Assisting prior to broadcasting the key stroke to the game.

This does usually depend on the game as to whether this is set automatically in the mapped keys, or whether you are using the Standard menu (those green boxes which overlay your in game action bars).

If you are using the Standard menu (green boxes), in the upper left pane of ISboxer, select Menus -> Standard, in the lower left pane, make sure Standard is selected at the top, and in the right hand side, make sure the Button Set is the "Standard Assist+Broadcast".

If you are not using the Standard menu, and you are talking about the default mapped keys of 1 to =, then perhaps you removed the Tick from the Standard MMO tick box
Image
or used another option which did not create the basic mapped keys.
If this is the case, then when you create your mapped keys via the Mapped Key Wizard, you should be selecting "Assist and Broadcast" as the mapped key type.

In any case, if you need further help determining the cause, you will need to share your profile, otherwise it is all guess work.

Re: Help me out here fellas, again

thanks, I did what you said and it worked

you da man , now I got one more question I have configured their binds and stuff but now 2 of my ''slaves'' refuse to follow and instead open a bag each time I press the follow ( I keyed it to Shift+F), instead my master follows and 2 other slaves follow but other 2 refuse to

Re: Help me out here fellas, again

thanks I did that and got that fixed

now I got another problem unfortunately, one of my slaves still refuses to follow me it says ''following XX'' but the slave just sits there and turns wherever I go but doesn't really move. Occasionally if I pickup that slave as ''lead''' everyone but the leader will start following.

Re: Help me out here fellas, again

Are they in the same realm? or the same server (does this matter in WoW?).

I really have no idea. What you're describing sounds like more of a game mechanic issue than an ISBoxer issue. You'd need someone who has actually multiboxed WoW to step in on that one.

It does, and it doesn't. If characters are on different realms then the server field should be filled in accordingly under each character in ISBoxer.

The character shows that they're following, but it "doesn't really" move? I don't really know how to interpret this one either, and I can't say I've ever heard of anything like this ever.

As for your second issue... If one of your characters doesn't follow then you will need to check the in-game key bindings with the appropriate modifier - http://isboxer.com/wiki/WoW:Quicker_Sta ... _Follow.21

Or you can just reset that character's key bindings back to default to clear the conflict.
