Surely I am just making it more complicated than required...

Ok fellow boxers, so I have found myself struggling here.

I have watched many of the guide and tutorial videos, a few times each as well. Read as much as I can find in regards to my topic in the wiki. But still falling short on how to setup my macros.

Recently I made the convertion from hotkeynet to here due to reviews and friends suggestions. In my mindseye I just new this would be a smooth and effortless transition. However I am finding it to be the opposite.

Here I have been making efforts to recreate a few of my hotkeynet macros in ISboxer with zero success. Cant even get them to LOOK as if they are going to function.
The "Light green boxes/key overlay" is a nice feature but I do not play there I want the same key mash sent to both toons at once.
I dual box only right now, soon to be triplets.

Running Tank + heals is my preference and I love being able to have the majority of my PERSONAL or self focused heals [to the tank from the healer] on my mouse wheel, in various combos. up/down + shit/alt.
With my previous multibox software I had this setup and was getting incredibly comfortable. But here

When I choose to
Key Maps
Add New [HealsforReals] - plan to make a universal healing scrips/macros for all classes for EASE of swapping.

Moving down to the HealsForReals box [lower left side of isboxer app]
Using the key wizard I have tried direct broadcast, and key remap to get my desired results to no avail.

So obviously I am doing it wrong.
If there is a video tut for this that I have not managed to find or a walk thru with a few screen shots I am sure I can manage with such tools.
It just perplexes me that I was able to pick up the hotkeynet scripting so quickly and this has me feeling like a lost child.

Sounds like you added a new Key Map, but then did not assign the Key Map to your Character Set, so your added hotkeys are not actually active. In the top left pane under Key Maps select yours, then in the bottom left pane under "Character Sets" where nothing is listed, click that and highlight your Character Set. After Exporting, the Hotkeys should work from any window on your team.

Thank you, I just knew it was going to be something so incredibly simple that I would RAGE out and flip over my pc desk once you told me.
Thankfully I checked this reply on my tablet and now I only need to replace an hp 8" tablet vs a dual monitor setup and computer desk.
