Mouse Broadcasting out of Sync! Please Help...I want to play

Hello,
I am not sure if this is a windows layout or repeater issue. I was wondering someone could assist with this problem. Maybe point me in the right direction. I use Is Boxer, and I am fairly new. I have read documents, and even different forums to help me with setting this up. Now I have looked at even more stuff to fix my problem. Unfortunately I did not find my answer.

I play two mages. And I have two profiles. One for my fire mages and another when I want to play frost. I created my profile from is boxer using the wizard. I am not ready to just make up my own. So anyways,I have one machine and 2 monitors. Granted one moniter is a 24 inch and the other is a 17. Still when I use the wizard and don't make changes, everything works great, but not how I want it. I have aoe/non-aoe-only-need-1-application spells that are either round robin (pet freeze, nova, cone of cold, counterspell, poly, etc). Then I have ground spells that I want to cast together like blizzard or blastwave sometimes. I know that the mappings and broadcasting work with fresh profile. I tried it because the manual told me to .

The problem is when I am doing a trial and error, I never get the desired results from ground aoe's where I have to click the ground to finish the spells. I would go through my trial and error phase of changing then exporting. Then a little later I would have to turn of then on the ingame key mapper button to get it back to working right. Don't know why. Then a little later after more changes my aoe circle is now out of sync with each other. So no matter where I move the cursor on the current session screen, the inactive one is out of sync, or will not show a circle at all (due to cursor being out of view?) Very weird, and most of all very frustrating.

So, how do I fix this issue with the mouse getting out of sync? And is it clear to why this is happening? I would like to avoid this.

I do know I can wipe my profile from isboxer toolkit and start a new wizard. But the thing is I don't want to keep doing that. I have done that 14 times (and counting until someone have an answer) and stuck back at the same place I was before.

FYI, most of my aoe key maps were copies of the round robin and aoe examples that are created for you.

Re: Mouse Broadcasting out of Sync! Please Help...I want to play

Well, based on only the information provided it's unclear to me whether you're saying they're out of sync simply because you have different camera angles/views on the characters, or you are adjusting options in your Window Layout.

The only way to get broadcasting out of sync is to cause your game windows to be in a different resolution (for example by disabling Swap or Instant Swap in your Window Layout). By default from the wizard, they will all be in the same resolution, and you can turn on mouse broadcasting, move the cursor to the 4 corners of the screen, and observe the cursor going to the 4 corners of the other screens with you. If the windows are in a different resolution, only the upper left corner is going to match -- moving the mouse to the other 3 corners the cursor would simply go off screen in the other clients. This is a simple test that will tell you if mouse broadcasting is truly out of sync.

If mouse broadcasting is NOT out of sync as per the above test, then my suggestion to you (and, well, everyone) is to point the camera straight downward on your slave windows. I usually recommend it for performance reasons (especially in Dalaran), but it also has the side-effect of giving all of your windows a pretty good camera angle for AOEs. It DOESN'T help, of course, if you need to place your AOEs out of that range. If you're trying to line up AOEs at long range, you WILL have trouble and there's nothing you can do about it within the rules of the game. Your characters will be in different positions in the game, the camera angles might be slightly different, and even minor terrain variations will affect the AOE placement.

Sorry for not being clear.

Yes, the top left corner is fine. If I move the cursor further to the bottom right then the cursor on the slave disappears. So when using broadcasting clicking on say my backpacks is a chore. (Not really a chore, but not working as intended). I did change the swap info. It is now swap when pressing a key. I don't like the instant swap when i change just to loot something or any other actions I want to do in slave. I will try playing with it though.

I have found info on the aoe issue though and that is using set view macros. Works perfect. But I need the cursors to work right.

Edit. Also the monitors are different native/max resolution. But I noticed that was not a problem with the default wizard.

Edited again. Found the rendering options and had instant swap off. I enabled both, and set resolution. All is fine and I can still use a key to swap sessions to active window. So happy now. But I got another issue. Will open another topic though. Thanks for the help.
