Aspect ratios a mess! New user

Good evening,

I am new to this software and having a hell of a time. I was able to get a 3 box group setup and function properly. I use a dual monitor setup, and all the screens fit correctly. I attempted to run a 5 box setup and it warns me that I should use 2400 by 1011. Doesn't seem to matter if I select yes or no it uses it, and the primary screen bleeds over several inches into the secondary. Even if I reduce the resolution to something silly like 780 x XXX. I still have an empty black section that bleeds over onto the secondary screen..

Ive spent hours playing with this and im at a loss.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Do you have Windows set to use any sort of DPI scaling to increase the size of what's on your screen? Having it set to anything except 100% is likely going to cause issues, and this can be adjusted under Control Panel > Display.

If that's not the problem, have you tried using a more "normal" aspect ratio?

I figured it out. Kind of... lol

I just deleted all the client ini files. loaded each char one and a time to generate a new one. made sure all their resolutions were set the same. Works like a champ!
