Warrior Rotations Question

I also posted this under Sony Station, but seeing it's really related to IsBoxer, if some of you already have a good working rotation for WAR, then by all means share:

The full text (same as forum post):
Hi there, so as I am trying to understand the WAR, Level 105, so all discs and AA's are available. Getting my **** handed to my by named in Degmar with TWO mercs on reactive+balanced made me think that I'm not doing this the right way.

So I need specific help with the following questions:

Which disciplines stack, and which don't?
Even thoguh I am familiar with discipline timers, apparently, some disciplines do not stack while others do. IE, if I'm on "Stout Defence (Timer 6)", I cannot use Field Protector (Timer 8).
Is there a list somewhere with what I can and cannot stack up?

Agro Rotation
So, spamming evry single aggro ability (disc and AA) is probably not the smart thing to do.
Is there an order to the mix of discs and AA's I should be using?

Defences Rotation
Just as with Agro rotation, it is probably smarter to chain different discs and abilities instead of just hammering anything that is up - which order is the smart order to do so?

Melee abilities / The mashing buttons
Simply: Which ones do I put here, and which ones are useless?

I understand that these are actually 8 questions, since each question has one answer for fighting named mobs, and different answer for fighting trash mobs. If possible, I'd love answers to distinguish between the two. Some of the trash in Degmar can be challenging!

For the sake of the matter, I put my capabilities on ONE button each, i.e.

Code:
/stand
/timer 360, /disc Field Protector

I have buttons for defensives (discs and AA's) on the CTRL line
I have buttons for offensives (discs and AA's) on the SHIFT line
And all spam stuff on the numerics without any modifiers.

All my buttons naturally using /timer to visualize when they are ready again.
Some of the buttons do more than one thing, where reasonable of course.

So what I need is to know which ones to press and when (what order)
In advance, thanks for helping!
