Key map to Focus Window

Is it possible to use a key map tied to a click bar to focus a video screen. I have hot keys setup to focus which window is primary but I want to use a click bar I have setup to do it. This is for EvE and I have a click bar setup using left click to broadcast for reps but I would like to be able to right click the click bar in my DxNothing window to focus that window as my active client. Is this possible?

It should be, provided you are not using other contradictory features like "Focus follows mouse".
