Able to round-rob 2 windows at once?

Playing Diablo 3 with 4 accounts, i want the following thing:

round rob my key "2" with my account #1 AND #2, after that the next push of key "2" should activate the skill on account #3 AND #4. After that start again with #1 AND #2

Is that possible anyhow?

Set up two Action Target Groups; let's call them Group 1 and Group 2. Accounts 1 and 2 join one group, Accounts 3 and 4 join the second.

Using Advanced Target Mechanics, set the round-robin target as: (Group 1 and Group 2).

I probably wouldn't bother with ATGs in this simple situation, I'd just make it a two step key that doesn't reset to
step 1 send x to > 1,2
step 2 send x to 3,4

I second Scantron's solution.

firescue17's suggestion wont work as intended, because the round-robin works on individual windows within the groups as opposed to selecting between the two groups. So even if you did (Group1,Group2) as the Target for Round-robin, it's really identical to (is1,is2,is3,is4). Otherwise a good thought
