I can't read crash reports, but if Lax doesn't get back to you (or if the report doesn't have useful information), then you can check your own system for possible bottlenecks:

The error reported in your D3Debug.txt is "Failed to purge enough to allocate VB", with VB being vertex buffer -- this is something the game needs to have in order to render. From this information, it sounds like you're running out of either video RAM or system RAM, or both. Using the Open Hardware Monitor tool as described in MiRai's link will verify this.

The solution will be one of ....
a) reduce the usage of that type of RAM (for example by reducing graphics settings within the game)
b) replace your video card with one that has more video RAM (if video RAM is the problem and reducing usage is not an option)
c) install more system RAM (if system RAM is the problem)

Bottleneck is GPU:Memory, while 4 clients active OpenHardwareMonitor.GpuMemory = 96%
