Mouse disappears in primary window, when broadcast is off
I have a very basic, wizard generated configuration.
Basically all default options aside from changing a few hot keys.

When broadcasting is disabled, so I am only controlling one character at a time.
The mouse will frequently disappear from that main window.
I'm attempting to transfer items from the stash/bank on my previous one-box character to the inventory of a new character that is active.
With the goal of then distributing the gear across the new team.
I click on an item and the cursor basically disappears most of the time.
To get it back I need to click in the window, which of course makes my character run about and closes the stash window.
Needless to say, when one-boxing this issue does not exist.
I can also take my cursor outside of the D3 games (onto the other monitor) and click there and then return to the D3 game.
When I do that, it is a windows style mouse inside of D3 rather than the Diablo style cursor.
Once I click inside the game window, it becomes a Diablo style cursor.
The other strange mouse behavior is that frequently mousing over an item in the game does not bring up the pop-up showing the items stats.
Sometimes it does, but usually it does not.
