Character Sync issues

So I'm new to the program so maybe there is something I'm missing however I'm dual boxing two monks at 70. And they just stay out of sync. I can run into a corner to fix the problem or stop broadcast and fix it that way. But shortly into combat. One monk is running farther away while one is fighting so I'm kinda confused.

Is there some sitting that I may have missed? Or is this just a common thing everyone deals with and has to re sync every so often?

Pretty much sounds like you need to hold Shift while you're attacking, so they stand still.
