Main window doesn't cover Start Bar in Win7

I'm not sure if this is a problem with Innerspace itself or ISBoxer. I cannot figure out how to make the main window cover the Start Bar like the smaller windows do. It seems like it should be possible, since the smaller windows are able to. I currently have my bar set to auto-hide, but I personally hate having to do that. Any chance of this being fixed?

I'm also using auto-hide as well, but would prefer a real solution.

I've had mine set to auto hide, as well.
You could adjust the size of your layout, so the bar is not covered and always visible; my roommate has his like that, but he's still using Keyclone.

That's what I do.
