Diablo 3 not launching

ok I can't figure this out for the life of me. Followed this youtube video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gsw88DmjwP4) to set up multiboxing (only 2 for now, this video shows how to do 4). Followed everything exactly and the games will not launch at all. No errors popping up. Here's a Diagnostics report: http://privatepaste.com/a56ffd1123

This is really pissing me off, been trying to find a fix for this for the last hour, so any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: Restarted the computer and now I get the Diablo 3 logo to pop up and it loads for a few minutes, then the game screen flashes for a second before closing. Why does this have to be so complicated lol.

Why does this have to be so complicated lol.

How is it complicated? You run it and it crashes and you need help fixing it, not much complicated about that

1. check for NVIDIA video driver updates.
2. Try shutting down "DAODx.exe" with Task Manager
3. If your hard drive is mostly full this can actually be causing the problem; you will need enough disk space to copy the D3 Cache folder (which might be a few gigabytes) for each game instance

Your "Diagnostics for game crashes" is pretty clean, there is no other software (besides DAODx, which should have come installed with your computer) that I can tell you to shut down. There's no Windows Compatibility settings listed, which is also a common issue.

The only other thing I would say is to check the Windows Event Viewer -- The Windows Event Viewer may have an Application Error logged for Diablo III.exe at the time of the launch. If it does, then information about the error from the "Details" tab may help identify the cause of the crash. To get this, you can type "event viewer" into the Start menu search box (assuming Vista or later; otherwise it's in Administrative Tools control panel), and inside the Event Viewer program on the left is a list of headings.. expand "Windows Logs" and, under it, select Application. Then, to the right, it will load a list of Events of various types -- information, warning, errors... what you're looking for is an Error, from the time of the launch, from the source "Diablo III". After finding it, highlight it and then at the bottom click the Details tab and click the "XML View" button, then paste me that information.

Not sure how I got it to work, but it involved, completely uninstalling D3, reinstalling (game wouldn't even launch normally), uninstalling again and copying an install from a friend's laptop, then using the wizard again to set up another character set. Now it seems to be working :P
