cant start the game

im doing everyting but i keep getting " we coulnd't launch a program we needed to use. This happens for many reasons. please click the code below for more information. Sorry about that! " message. I have ssd(windows), hdd( game + isboxer installed ). Help me please ^^

Solved the problem, it was about game's cache files and " -launch " command, i was using the command with "-Launch" instead of " -launch " capital word wasted my one hour, Right now the problem is when im doing a run sometimes 1 sometimes 3 of my window stucks... wasted 3 legenderies today dunno why:S

For someone who has low fps issue i solved mine;

I have i7-3630 cpu and was playing d3 with 4x accounts (multibox) had 30 fps each (3-6 months ago), today i was having an issue with fps, its lowered to 15. So i found where the problem was ( did that power management thing tutorial too, still fps 15..) im using killer network manager and it limits cpu usage to %60, i changed it to %100 and fps went up to 30 again . If someone else using this program better to check
