[New Feature Request] Mapped Key Step State action

Hi,

I would like to make a request for a new feature in ISboxer - introduction of "Mapped Key Step State Action" similar to what already exists - "Mapped Key State Action"

Basically this idea is the result of discussions in below thread, and is aimed at optimizing execution of mapped rotations in games with limited on non-existant macroing functionality:

I just wanted to put this request in a separate topic and hear back on its feasibility.

Yes I can add this soon. I don't know how many of the requested features will be added to it yet.

Those wouldn't be related to Mapped Key Step State Action, MiRai!

Awesome news, thank you!

*coughing fit* [I love the idea of menu buttons clickable with mods too]

I finally get a reply about my request after 3 months and the answer is less than satisfactory. :(

Re: [New Feature Request] Mapped Key Step State action

My apologies for highjacking boss's attention....

Anyhow, to add a "quasi mod-click" functionality to menus, I create a sub-menu that has all the mapped keys with actions that I want applicable with modifier key (for example Ctrl). Then in General Mapped keys I created a two-step toggle that applies this new sub-menu to a menu via Menu Style Action on Ctrl press and reverts menu back to its default state on Ctrl release. So you press and hold Ctrl, menu changes and you click the needed button, then release Ctrl. Its not perfect, but it works for me. I did same procedure for Alt. Generally, I use it on my party-frame buttons to add more nested actions "hidden" under default heals/cures. Hope this helps...

I use this same method.

I can try to implement this, but I have a feeling this is only going to add a lot of complexity that could be avoided IF I JUST HAD A STRAIGHT UP MODIFER+CLICK OPTION FOR THESE BRAND NEW AND SHINY MENUS.

>_>
<_<

I'm much more worried about the Mouseover Actions from my thread to be honest.
