4 CCP launcher + 1 steam

hi I've been using isboxer for a few months now. I loved how easy it has made all of my gaming experiences. this weekend steam had a deal for 25$ I could make another account with 4 months play and faster training. I pay for it and download the eve online steam version. i cant get innerspace to launch the steam url based shortcut and when i use any other .exe in steam file it launces the ccp launcher asking for account name. which steam accounts don't use. at the moment it looks like ill have to let my time near expiration transfer the toon to another account. but i thought id exaust my options and let you awesome nerds help me out.

also when i tell it to just launch steam and have steam launch the game innerspace doesn't take control of the game it just opens speratly.

Right click Inner Space and select Add Game, and point it at Steam.exe.

Close Steam before launching your team, as Inner Space needs to launch Steam in order to chain into whatever Steam launches (i.e. EVE). When it launches Steam for you, launch EVE manually via Steam (or the desktop shortcut that activates the Steam, which is already launched by Inner Space, to launch the game) and it should take hold

That should be it. For future reference, please be aware that you might not be able to launch more than one at a time through Steam because of the way your Steam-EVE account is handled

In ISBoxer, in the top left pane under Characters, select the one that should be launching via Steam. Then in the bottom right pane you should have "Game" and "Game Profile" drop-down boxes to switch to the Steam ones instead of the EVE Launcher

when i do that it launches steam. when i tell it to open eve it opens the launcher and instead of having my steam info it has a blank field asking for user name and pass.

Having the same issue; if i realized the steam account for eve online was going to require me to be logged into steam i would of never bought it. Not worth the savings. Hopefully we can find a work around because i do want to buy ISBoxer for multiboxing.

Is there away to include the steam URL into the execution command? So when it launches it brings over all the account authorization data? I've been toying with a work around with this and can't seem to find it but my knowledge is limited on ISboxer and trying to do it before my trail expires so i can decided whether to purchase or not; if we can fix this ill be buying....

I don't think that's the issue, it would work the same as launching steam.exe with Inner Space and then launching the game through Steam. The account auth data should be coming directly from Steam and is unrelated to the URL on your desktop

Just seems somewhere the account data is being stripped. My guess is it's some kind of fraud/malware protection on steams end when Innerspace hooks in but again just a guess. Let me know if you want me to run any tests for you if you dont have the game installed via steam.

UPDATE: Contacting steam on this one too to see if they would have any theories but i am pretty sure i am going to get the "we do not support third party software" canned answer but maybe we will get lucky.

i wanted to thank you guys for your work on this and it looks like ill be just training on the account for 4 months then transfering it to a non steam accnt. unless we can find a work around. but if you multibox 3 pr more accounts at all on any game man ISBoxer is still worth it.
