My arrow keys control all characters when broadcasting is on

How can i change this? I just want my toons to follow behind and assist, every time they turn when i do it breaks follow.

You're doing it wrong. See FAQ: Why do my toons move in different directions?

To answer your question, you could just blacklist the arrow keys in your Repeater Profile, although that is not the recommended way of using ISBoxer. Instead, it is recommended you use a game's /follow feature and set up Mapped Keys (using the Mapped Key Wizard) to broadcast key presses (and the more sophisticated actions you will want to take as you learn ISBoxer).
