Logitech G700s

I'm accustomed to having a lot of abilities on my mouse, but my hands are too big and clumsy for the Logitech G600. I think the G700s would be just right. 4 buttons on the left hand side, 3 more on the top; a total of 13 buttons.

As I understand it, it's not natively supported, but can be supported by the manufacturer's software. But here's what I'm worried about: I also use a Logitech keyboard and because of the instructions I've found elsewhere here I've turned off the 'Profiler' software. I believe it's the same software that would enable the extra buttons on the G700s. Am I correct on that? Is there a workaround?

Thank you.

Re: Logitech G700s

If you leave the Logitech software running, the main difference is that the M-keys will have special behavior, including that the MR key will do the Quick Macro recording. As long as you avoid the M-Keys, you can leave the profiler enabled. :)

Re: Logitech G700s

That would be ok -- those M-keys are too small and recessed for my fat-fingers anyway. :D
