Problem with IWT.

I have tried to get this to work correctly on my 3-box the past few nights without success. I am running a melee team (3 pallies) and would really like this to function. I have followed the guide and modified the IWT as described. Both slaves will assist me, one will run to the target and attack, and the other enters combat but never moves. If the master enters combat prior to pressing IWT both slaves enter combat, but never move, and when they are in range of the mob they will not reposition if IWT is pressed. Neither slave will loot a corpse using IWT. I set my hotkey to mouse4 on my Naga I don't know if that has something to do with it because I have tried different keyboard combos. I set all toons to stop auto-follow in combat, sticky targeting, attack on assist, but nothing changes the behavior. There is no random behavior each toon acts the same every time. Any help would be appreciated.
