Left click not working

It works individually on each screen (does not repeat on other screen, however the character does move) and all the other keys are working on both screens just fine (right click and all other skills). Just not the left mouse click on the secondary screen. I have whitelist/blacklist turned off. What am I missing? Maybe I did something wrong?

Make sure it's still bound to mouse1 in the game in those windows?

Yes its still bound, when I change windows I can do the left click skill in each one and they work...it the repeat that doesn't seem to be happening.

Okay, there's nothing in ISBoxer blocking Mouse1.

You should make sure Diablo 3 is set to Windowed Fullscreen in both game windows, as per the Tips: Resolutions,Windowed modes,Text,Swapping Speed sticky post. Re-launch after changing that setting.

If that still doesn't help, go into your Repeater Profile in the top left pane, then in the bottom right pane adjust Cursor positioning mode to "Scaled to fit", and Export to Inner Space.
