Re: "unexpected error"

Okay. Then it might be easier for you to do this:
1. Right click Inner Space
2. Select Patcher
3. Un-tick "Download development (test) patches"
4. Close and restart Inner Space to let it patch back to the non-development build

Re: "unexpected error"

Inner Space build 5835 corrects this issue. Close and restart Inner Space to let it patch up, and the latest development OR non-development builds should both work for you

The issue from this thread was fixed and no longer exists, I need new information if you are having a crash with 5836. For starters, grab "Diagnostics for game crashes" from the ISBoxer Help menu, and make sure you're getting these diagnostics from whatever is crashing, NOT the blizzard error reporter. "But it crashes", right, launch it without Inner Space ;)

Ok. here is the diagnostics: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B_5DX73 ... sp=sharing

The situation is close to the first post here. I just can't launch a game with inner space.

P.S. I did play 1.08 before but today I got an update for inner space and I believe that's the reason.

Re: "unexpected error"

Okay that's a start but InnerSpace.exe isn't crashing, try getting me the diagnostics from either the Blizzard Launcher, or the Diablo 3 client, whichever is crashing. :) It might also be helpful to go into ISBoxer's Help menu and select About ISBoxer, and click the Update link it gives you, before getting me the diagnostics (the newer diagnostics have some additional information).

When the "unexpected error" box comes up for you, does it provide additional details? The OP's error message actually included some filenames in it including one that ends with ".mdmp" -- if yours has a file like that shown in the error box, it will be helpful to locate that file and email it to lax@lavishsoft.com for analysis.

If you want you can grab the previous build of Inner Space from https://www.lavishsoft.com/innerspace/archives as a workaround, but it would be wise to help narrow down the problem so we can be sure future updates will work for you.

Re: "unexpected error"

Just putting this here in case it might help.

Not sure why, but I had to make sure innerspace was pointed to DiabloIIIlauncher.exe
I had it pointed to DiabloIII.exe before, which did not seem to matter until now?

Re: "unexpected error"

well, blizzard error is in russian and it just says: something is wrong, please put the description of your actions before you got that error.

I've sent you an email with new diagnostics and some "error log" folder I've found within the d3 folder.

Re: "unexpected error"

Inner Space build 5837 may correct the reported issue. Just close and restart Inner Space to let it patch up, and see if that fixes it
