How to swap windoes with mouse wheel?

Hi all,
I have a problem in ISBOXER to switch between the windoes (I have 4) with my mouse wheel. If I scroll the wheel just nothinmg happens but I would like to switch through the windows with my mouse wheel.

I attached my config.

You look to have it set up correctly, so I'm not sure exactly why it isn't working. Here are some things you could try doing differently:

1) Change your Mapped Keys so they execute when released rather than pressed.
2) Change the Filter Target to "all" (Window:All w/ Current) rather than "all other".
3) Change the Hotkey from MouseWheelUp/Down to Ctrl+MouseWheelUp/Down.

Those are the only 3 differences between your setup (which doesn't work) and mine (which does).
