How Does Blizz Handle Multiple Accounts

I just read part of a post that stated, blizz allows up to eight accounts on each battle.net account. Do you still have to buy a full game for each account?? Is there a site that describes how to do it, and can you still use RAF within an account like that?

If you expect to progress beyond any trial limitations, then yup.

To my knowledge, there is no step-by-step walkthrough on how to set up multiple accounts. Although, having personally setup multiple accounts for numerous MMOs, I can say that there isn't much difference.
