Re: staggering skills

You can use the Mapped Key Wizard, found in the Wizards menu.

What you'll do is pick a Key Map to put your Hotkey in (e.g. in either "Combat" or "Non-combat" are typically fine) and then select "Round-Robin Key Broadcast" from the drop-down box where you pick the kind of Hotkey to set up.

From there, you pretty much just pick keys to broadcast, click Finish and then Export to Inner Space. :)

Re: staggering skills

Typically in Diablo 3, you might "sometimes" hold Shift and at other times not.

What you want to do is use 1 for the key combination, and then add an Alternate Hotkey for your Round-robin 1 key. This way, the Round-robin will go to the right person whether you are holding Shift or not. That is, if you set up BOTH shift+1 and 1 as round-robin using the wizard, they will each have their own round-robin count and it is generally preferable for them to be "linked" in this case.

So... You can set up an Alternate Hotkey with the Mapped Key Wizard again, after setting up 1 with Round-robin, pick "Alternate Hotkey" from the drop-down box which is described as "Configures an alternative Hotkey for an existing Mapped Key." On the next page it asks you what Hotkey you want to push, and what you want it to do, in this case tell it Shift+1 and to do the Round-robin 1 key you set up. :)

Re: staggering skills

To change Shift+Alt+R...
1. In the top left pane under Key Maps, select "Always On" (for WoW players this one is called "Control")
2. In the bottom left pane find where it says "Activate Repeat (Shift+Alt+R)" and select this Mapped Key
3. In the bottom right pane, at the top, is a Hotkey box set to Shift+Alt+R. Click the < and set the Hotkey
4. Remember to Export to Inner Space to activate any changes

To delete a Mapped Key that didn't work...
1. In the top left pane under Key Maps, select the one you put it in
2. In the bottom left pane under Mapped Keys, right click the one you want to delete
3. Click Delete
(Also possible to click and press the Delete key)
