No, you made your intentions clear enough the first time.
I'll try to re-explain. Maybe you will understand what I am saying, maybe not.
The only reason your ISBoxer character names matter in WoW is because of the "Actual Name" of the Characters in ISBoxer. This option gets put into the "/follow {FTL}" macro -- when you Export to Inner Space -- in order to make your guys follow the right guy when you press Alt+F. It also goes into "/assist {FTL}" so that when you press Alt+Backspace (by default) or one of your DPS buttons that includes Assist, it knows who to assist. It also goes into "/targetexact {FTL}" which is not used by default, but can be used for example to heal someone specific (as opposed to Assisting that person, you might Target them in order to heal them).
These might be what you are referring to as "the multiboxing commands".
-----------
If you want ISBoxer to ignore your Character Names, but still be able to follow and assist, you can do this the Non-WoW way instead of the WoW way. Instead of selecting World of Warcraft during the Quick Setup Wizard, set up a team as, say, "Other". ZERO wow macros will be made for you, and your Character Names will therefore be 100% irrelevant.
If you choose to go this route,
YOU will probably want to choose a specific guy to assist and follow, because
otherwise, you must do extra configuration in order to set up following and assisting every window. That would be precisely the same extra configuration that is done for pretty much every other game except for World of Warcraft, in order to get follow and assist in every window, and is explained in detail under
Common modifications: The game's Key Bindings. There's even a video that describes it. Setting this up is far more time consuming, and confusing, than using the Quick Setup Wizard! The Quick Setup Wizard is absolutely the fastest possible way to get assist and follow in every window in WoW.

My #1 suggestion was to
REPLACE THE ACTUAL NAME FIELD IN YOUR EXISTING CHARACTERS. This will update the character names, it will update the follow and assist macros, bringing you follow and assist in every window, all of the standard ISBoxer features, for the amount of time it takes you to type in 1 name, click the next Character, type in a name, click the next Character, type in a name, and Export to Inner Space.
This avoids using the Quick Setup Wizard, avoids adding dozens of "Characters" to your ISBoxer configuration, while still providing the features from the wizard. That's because the wizard already set them up, you're just applying it to a differently-named character in the game.
