Not start RuLotro through Inner Space

Not start RuLotro through Inner Space.
I reinstalled Windows XP2008 (it was installed before) and Inner Space is not working with Lotro (to reinstall XP2008 Windows starts normally.) Inner Space opens RuLotro and password after a screen play and minimized.

1) Framework 3.5 installed.
2) The game itself (without Inner Space) is working properly.
3) Anti-Virus is not necessary. include Symantec EndPoint, Spyware Doctor, Forceware Intelligent Application Manager, Avast antivirus v5 - is not installed.

What should I do?

So... let's say I've never heard of RuLotro or XP 2008 (literally, XP?)... Where would you like to go from here?

Is RuLotro a custom LOTRO launcher? What happened to PyLotro? Why does everyone need a custom launcher for lotro?

I think I have heard that the Russian version is different. They use an other client. Maybe that is the reason.
