The details are on the character set. Select each slot in the character set, select Variable Keystrokes, and set the appropriate target selection there. Obviously the setup for Char 4 is incorrect.

It turned out that lotro when the 4th char joined the grouped, it was rearranging group members in a different order. I never had that happen before. Now to see if I can find out what's happening with lotro. They had an update today.
