Setup fine but Follow goes all over the place.

Just subscribed to ISBoxer and have set it up for a 2 account multi on one pc.
Using 2 monitors and sli graphics.
Runs fine with the 2 sessions using SLI as couldn't figure out/get to work the GPU management for one graphics card per monitor.
Rune each session on its own monitor using SLI ok though.

Have the follow alias setup in game but the follow character will run in different direction sometimes to main character if on follow????

I think it has something to do with using the mouse to move and the repeat mouse on the slave screen must direct in a different direction.

Any tips???

cheers

Re: Setup fine but Follow goes all over the place.

Think i've figured it out.
Set up a hotkey to turn off mouse repeat and another hotkey for follow.
seems to work.

Pretty complex piece of software.
Some nice tutorials for build #39 for LOTRO would be nice.

Follow seems to have changed in Isengard expansion as instead of the follower stop following if you enter a building the follower runs all over the place using standard LOTRO follow.

ISBoxer doesn't have its own following mechanisms, it triggers the games follow. If you are experiencing issues with it, I suggest you file a bug report with Turbine.

I guess you missed what he said about turning the "mouse repeat" off. Follow won't work if the character is receiving the mouse inputs. Mouse repeat is on by default with ISBoxer when you do the wizard and have it create the mapping. It would be nice to have that default changed to OFF.

Yes, you are right. With Isengard the /follow command is somehow broken. /Bug it and hope for a fast fix.
