Cannot get ISBoxer working properly

I have done all the setup as per the guides and even used the Wizard to set up the character sets.

However, when I try to launch the character set, I get EVE starting, which I log into. Launching the character set again starts another version of EVE and I log into that one as well with a different character and password. Launching the character set again does nothing and the two versions of EVE I have running, run in their normal windowed modes. I do not get the ISBoxer window with the layout for switching between characters, nor do I get the third character I am trying to run.

Any advice as to what I am doing wrong would be appreciated.

I have not seen a Support link anywhere....perhaps I can be directed there if anyone has a link and there is no easy answer for my query.
