Problems with Graphical Settings

I have 20 accounts
7 I launch on my Laptop, the other 13 I launch on my desktop.

The desktop accounts launch and have minimum graphic settings
The laptop accounts launch and have maximum graphic settings

Whenever I change graphics settings on either computer and restart the clients, they don't save.

I am launching with dynamic mode and the custom launcher (with inner space).

One of the documented limitations of Dynamic Launch Mode is that Virtual Files apply late, like, after the game has loaded the settings.

So, the issue you probably have is you've enabled Dynamic Launch Mode, and have the EVE settings file virtualized. When the game initially launches, the Virtual File is not applied, and so the game loads your main settings file, instead of the virtualized version. When you then change the settings and try to let it save, it saves the virtualized version, which will not be loaded when you launch due to Dynamic Launch Mode.

So you want to either a) disable Dynamic Launch Mode, or b) remove the settings Virtual File. For most people I would say drop Dynamic Launch Mode, but I don't know if you have a good reason to use it (besides that the words appear underneath ISBoxer 42 on the ISBoxer EVE Launcher readme)

Where is this file located.

Usually in %AppData%\Local\CCP\EVE\c__program_files_(x86)_eve_sharedcache_tq_tranquility\settings

but some of the last bit does depend on where you installed EVE on your computers file system.
