runs all 4 accounts but all black screens

Guys for the past 6 month I have been getting an error when starting isboxer.
Its only important now cus im trying to use the isboxerevelauncher but failing at it.
I have restored the computer to factory setting but still this error comes back

then when i follow steps for launcher and get to the
Select all EVE Accounts in the list and select "Create Game Profile". Tick "Perform launch from a new ISBoxer EVE Launcher instance". Do not tick "Leave new ISBoxer EVE Launcher instance open after launch". Set the drop-down box to "Launch EVE client directly". Click "Go

You can close Inner Space and ISBoxer, and delete the Input Devices.xml file. It will be recreated when you next start Inner Space/ISBoxer. If you still get the same error, then you will need to find the device causing the problem (XBONE controller perhaps) and unplug it from the USB port.

For the Unauthorised Exception when trying to create the game profiles from the ISBoxer EVE Launcher, you will need to run this as Admin, otherwise it wont be able to access the files in the Program Files folders, because they are secured.

The DirectX9 setting gets embedded in the Account-specific Game Profiles. If you created them before ticking DirectX9, do the steps again to create the account-specific Game Profiles, and it will refresh them with your updated settings.
