Cannot add EVE accounts

Trying to add accounts to the EVE Online Launcher for ISBoxer (v1.0.0.8) and keep getting a popup stating "Invalid Character Name entered, or Invalid Username or Password. Account NOT added."

I am absolutely entering my Eve account names, passwords, and character names correctly. I've tried multiple accounts and none of them work. And yes, the accounts are all active.

That part worked. I followed the rest of the instructions and then tried to launch an ISBoxer character set from Inner Space and am getting an error in the ISBoxer Eve Launcher - Launch Progress popup:

Okay. Your paste appears to be missing important details directly above it, which would indicate the type of exception thrown, and hopefully why as well. Unfortunately the information given does not provide me enough details tell you something specific to do/change, just that it got to trying to launch, and then it broke for reasons unrelated to your EVE account.

It's related to either finding or launching the exefile.exe or innerspace.exe, using the settings shown in the launcher (e.g. selected SharedCache path, and Game Profile)
