Some Issues with the new launcher

I've recently installed the new Isboxer eve launcher and Isboxer 42. I can get all the clients launched and Inner Space detects them.
But somehow, all the clients keep getting assigned to the wrong slot and thus the game profiles are wrong. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

I would just follow the ISBoxer 41 step-by-step instructions on the github page after installing ISBoxer EVE Launcher. The end result will be better.

Otherwise, make sure the clients end up completing the launch in the correct order as per your ISBoxer Character Set. That might involve adjusting the delay between launches, etc. Either way, with the Dynamic Launch Mode you are losing potentially important Virtual File/Window Layout features, all of which you can have back with the nice streamlined ISBoxer EVE Launcher process.

The ISBoxer 41 process will guarantee the order they launch and can operate as a 1-click launch; that is still absolutely my recommendation.

How are you launching the game clients? Selecting all of them in ISBoxer EVE Launcher and clicking Launch? ISBoxer EVE Launcher will do them in the order you select them, which translates into the order they show up in the launching progress window.

When you're launching game clients at the same time, it is possible for a window launched second to finish coming up before the window you launched first; this would confuse Dynamic Launch Mode and is avoidable by increasing the delay between launches.

So apparently the launcher starts the client in order you selected them and not how they are listed.
But Inner space doesn't save the change you made to your windows/drones. Does that work in ISBoxer 41?
