Mouse not broadcasting

Its been a while, but I just got back on here. I created a new group with setup wizard. I checked the box to start with broad casting on. When I am in game it is not broadcasting my mouse movement. I click my hotkey and it says on both screens BROADCAST ON BROADCAST OFF. It isn't broadcasting anything.

Broadcasting in EVE is disabled by default because of CCP's policy. Please refer to this post. http://www.isboxer.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=6360

You can of course re-enable it at your own risk.

Thats it. Thanks. Yea I know they are going Bananas about it right now but I have 2 Carriers I run Anomolies in. I don't feel I am doing anything wrong. If they ban my accounts for Boxing in PVE then goodbye Eve. I bid WOW farewell because of the same reason. I spent YEARS in these games. If I can't have fun in them then there are a ton of other games out there I can play in. It's their loss of my sub. money.

Just a FYI - it's not just those 2 accounts that will get banned - it's every single account associated with your IP. They want to hurt the player, not the individual pilot/character.

I find that incredibly difficult to believe since plenty of people, family or otherwise, play the same games from the same IP. I'll ask that you cite your source, and it should be an official reply, not some random person on a random forum.
