Sure. Just use round robin and manually insert the 50-100ms delay between your key presses. ISBoxer does not support delays on input as that would be considered "automation"

GM Lelouch is not seen by ccp for a Long time. probably the reason for the Turnaround.

Based on my reading of their new rules, no that's perfectly allowed

Exactly my question, they could watch on fast an input is given to a client and if they see a pattern where they all click warp at the same millisecond you get flagged, but that seems pretty unlikely (does it?)

ATM I'm thinking I'll hover my mouse over a gate, hit my newly created round robin hotkey x times very fast and all my clients will warp and jump a gate. In a few days I'm sure this idea and other ideas will be fully operational (I can't do any testing till I get back home).

Simple work around and all it does is cause me to get some kind of carpal tunnel / repetitive injury in my hand. I wonder if they I'd be allowed to use broadcasting because I will be disabled and CCP would have to follow the Americans with Disabilities Act!

Honestly it doesn't matter one bit. Just look at it like this and you'll be fine:
* Running lots of ships? You're going to get reported. It doesn't matter if you're broadcasting, using round robin, click bars, different keys for different windows, or any of that. You will get reported based on assumptions due to your fleet size and appearance to the other players. You may get actioned just for having 20 accounts in the game doing nothing.
* Running only a few ships? You're probably going to be fine, there are a lot of people who run only a few ships without even using added software or hardware.

They don't have to detect anything, the rule could literally be "you can only have up to 5 accounts" and have basically the same effect.
