Are you using Windows Vista 7 or 8?
Do you have Aero Enabled (Vista and 7)
Do you have overlay software?

provide a copy of the file in Program Files(x86)\Innerspace\Scripts\VideoFX.charactersetname.dxnothingcharname.xml (paste to private paste or attach here).

Also, when you say not working, if you mean that you only get a green box where the viewer should be, then you need to close the ISBoxer in game GUI with CTRL SHIFT ALT G (or whatever your hotkey is).

You could check manually I guess.
Goto Control Panel -> System -> Advanced System Settings
Goto the Advanced Tab, click the Performance Button
Set the visual effects to "Let Windows choose whats best for my computer.
Click Ok, click ok
Back in the Control Panale, Goto Personalization, make sure you don't have the Windows Basic theme running.
Finally in the control panel, go back to System, select Device Manager. Check to make sure under Display Adapters you 7970 is showing up there, and it doesn't have a cross or exclamation mark. If it does not show up, or it has the red or yellow icon then it's not working and you probably need to re-install the driver. You may also be running of the onboard intel video if this is the case, so you may want to disable it in the bios or at least make sure that your 7970 is the preferred adapter.
