Does CCP ban for mouse broadcasting?

Hello. I read about that droadcasting is not allowed in GW2 multiboxing. Can that position applied to EVE online multiboxing? So i may use isboxer software and abilities but without broadcasting?
Q; is broadcasting mouse = macros use?

Guild Wars 2 is not EVE or related to EVE in any way. ArenaNet is not CCP and their policies are not connected -- or similar.

No those are different words...

Broadcasting the mouse is not like using macros.

Re: CCP Dev Blog: Client modification, the EULA and you

Dear Lax!
May i ask you what need to say that ccp believe me that broadcasting is not a macro and it`s legit for ccp ToS/EULA and not violating rules. My words "IT`S LEGIT . LAX SAID SO ! " are not argument for CCP Peligro. December 7th he banned me for macro using. after a 2 month waiting answer from support he wrote "CCP done correct action you use macros"
So how make them (CCP and other ppl ) believe it`s not against EULA/ToS cause it`s not a macro.
If it`s secret you may not tell i understand.

Re: Does CCP ban for mouse broadcasting?

I split the topic off of the CCP dev blog thread. From your last reply I have to think that you didn't actually read the dev blog.

Mouse Broadcasting is the single most important (and commonly used) feature for EVE multiboxers.

This extends to multiboxing software. Some of the multiboxing software out there is powerful enough to count as “client modification” if used for that purpose. Our stance on third-party software is that we do not endorse such software as we have no control over what it does. As such, we can’t say that multiboxing software isn’t against our EULA. But the same goes in this case, that unless we determine that people are doing things beyond “multiboxing”, we will not be taking any action. We only care about the instances where people are messing with our process for the purposes of cheating, and running multiple clients at the same time is not in violation of our EULA in and of itself unless it involves trial accounts.

I don't think they believe that you are/were just using mouse broadcasting.
